Effective Date; Updates

This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 4, 2025.  We may update or amend it from time to time.  Such changes will be effective immediately.  Continued use of the Website after changes to this Privacy Policy are made constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is also a part of the Website’s Terms of Use.  Accordingly, please periodically review this Privacy Policy, the Website, and the Website’s Terms of Use to be aware of any modifications.

Collection of Information

Types of Information We Collect.  We collect two types of information about you:

(1) Non-personally identifiable information is information that does not by itself identify you or a specific individual. We and/or our third-party service providers, software, platforms, and applications may gather certain non-personally identifiable information about you based upon where you visit on our Website in several ways.  This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis and may include the Website’s URL that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your IP address. A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a TCP/IP network, such as the World Wide Web. Networks like the World Wide Web use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the IP address of the destination. In other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the World Wide Web, allowing web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers require IP addresses for users to communicate on the internet.  We may also use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, software, to administer our Website and to gather demographic information.

(2) Personally identifiable information is information that identifies you specifically.  It includes the Customer Order Data (defined in our Terms of Use) and any other personal information you provide when submitting a Vehicle Transport Order or engaging in certain other activities on our Website. When you submit a Vehicle Transport Order, we and/or our third-party service providers, software, platforms, and applications collect your Customer Order Data to process and fulfill your Vehicle Transport Order. Additionally, we may collect personally identifiable information if you post or submit a testimonial or review or other content on our Website, fill out surveys, send us feedback, interact with the Website through hyperlinks, or use Wireless Features (defined in our Terms of Use). Participation in these activities is voluntary, and we will only collect personal information you choose to provide.

Data Security Disclaimer.  While we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, no method of data transmission over the internet or any wireless network or electronic storage is completely secure. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us and/or our third-party service providers, platforms, software, and applications through the Website cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by third parties over which we have no control or oversight.

Cookies.  Our Website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your online experience and understand how you interact with the site. A cookie is a small data text file containing a string of characters that uniquely identifies your browser. This file is stored on your device’s hard drive (if permitted by your browser) and can be retrieved later to recognize your return visits.  While most web browsers accept cookies by default, you can adjust your browser settings to refuse all cookies, accept only certain ones, or receive a notification when a cookie is being sent.  Additionally, our servers may automatically log information when you visit the Website, including the referring URL, your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit.

Use of Information

How We Use Your Information.  We use your personally and non-personally identifiable information to better understand your needs, enhance your experience on our Website, and process and fulfill Vehicle Transport Orders and payments. For instance, your information may be used to: (i) communicate with you regarding any transactions you make on our Website, our services, and/or Website-related matters; (ii) provide customer support; (iii) inform you about new services of features; (iv) offer personalized promotions; (v) tailor content for communication; and/or (vi) conduct market research related to our Website and services, among other uses.

We may also use your information to analyze Website usage, improve our services, customize content, send administrative communications, resolve disputes, troubleshoot issues, enforce our agreements with you, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.  Additionally, we may access, use, preserve, disclose, and/or share your information where reasonably necessary to: (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or legitimate governmental request; (b) detect, prevent, or address suspected fraud, security, or technical issues; (c) enforce our Terms of Use and our other agreements with you, including investigating potential violations; or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of Haulify LLC, its users, or the public, as required or permitted by law.

Additionally, we may share your information, including your Customer Order Data, with our third-party service providers, software, platforms, and applications to process and fulfill your Vehicle Transport Order. We and/or these third parties may use your Customer Order Data to secure a motor carrier for your Shipment (as defined in our Terms of Use), process payments, and communicate with you about your Vehicle Transport Order and Shipment. We use the payment information you provide as part of your Customer Order Data solely for processing transactions and fraud prevention. This information may be shared with third-party payment processors, platforms, software, and applications.

By submitting a Vehicle Transport Order, you represent and warrant that all Customer Order Data you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will promptly update such information as needed to maintain its accuracy. You authorize us to share your information with such third-party service providers, platforms, applications, and software, including but not limited to JCT Automotive LLC, motor carriers, payment processors, and dispatchers, as needed to process and complete your Vehicle Transport Order. You acknowledge and agree that your Customer Order Data and other personally identifiable information may also be shared with third-party banking, processing agents, and distribution institutions involved in processing payment for your Vehicle Transport Order.  You further acknowledge that such third parties have their own privacy policies that govern their collection, use, and handling of your information.

In the event of a business sale, merger, acquisition, or reorganization, your and other users’ personal information may be disclosed to or received from other parties. We will take appropriate steps to protect your information in connection with any such transaction.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information.
